DevOps Engineer

‍

to take ownership of critical systems, drive automation, and help us evolve our complex, hybrid infrastructure built on diverse virtualization and containerization technologies.

Your main tasks are going to be:

• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize bare metal Kubernetes container orchestration platform. Ensure applications are deployed reliably and efficiently using automated tools;
• Maintain and evolve our self-hosted GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Ensure clean delivery pipelines, declarative deployments, and environment sync via ArgoCD;
• Administering a diverse infrastructure setup, including physical servers, virtual machines, and Linux-based systems;
• Managing access to services — including routing traffic, handling secure connections (TLS), and integrating authentication systems;
• Deploy and monitor production services using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog. Investigate incidents and drive root cause analysis;
• Develop and maintain internal tools and automation scripts;
• Take part in shaping infrastructure architecture, tooling, and operational practices.

Key competencies and skills required:

• Solid experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer;
• Familiarity with containerized applications, orchestration (Kubernetes), declarative configuration, and automated deployments;
• Strong Linux system administration background and command-line fluency;
• Understanding of networking technologies, dynamic routing, and load-balancing;
• Understanding of IT security best practices and a commitment to operational compliance (e.g., ISO 27001 or similar frameworks);
• Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
