Your main tasks will be:
- lead and develop the performance of Aranet B2C digital channels throughout the customer journey;
- manage and optimize the digital channel ecosystem;
- define digital channel strategy, budget allocation, and priorities;
- collaborate with external agencies and partners, monitor quality and performance;
- analyze GA4, advertising platform, and e-commerce data, make data-driven business decisions;
- manage email marketing and customer retention strategy;
- develop and optimize customer automation flows;
- identify and coordinate conversion optimization opportunities on the website, product pages, and checkout processes;
- coordinate the development of content and advertising materials;
- keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance analytics.
You must have:
- at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or growth management in an international environment;
- practical experience in developing and managing digital channel strategies;
- understanding of paid media, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and e-commerce analytics;
- experience working with external agencies and partner management;
- strong analytical skills and experience working with GA4;
- experience working with marketing technology tools and e-commerce platforms;
- excellent communication and organizational skills;
- excellent English language skills;
- experience in the US and European markets will be considered an advantage.
