Your main tasks will be:

• interior repair, decoration, and painting work;
• office infrastructure construction work (electrical network, cable feeders, projectors, screens);
• repairs of premises, windows and doors, furniture assembly and repair;
• monitoring of the company's facilities, carrying out necessary repair and maintenance work;
• work at one facility near the center of Riga.

You must have:

• previous experience in finishing work, repairs, or technical work;
• basic knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing, and repair work;
• ability to independently organize one's work and adopt technical solutions;
• accuracy, sense of responsibility, patience, and positive attitude towards work;
• knowledge of the Latvian language;
• basic computer skills;
• category B driver's license.
