This vacancy is for SAF Tehnika`s wireless sensor brand Aranet.
Your main tasks will be:
- Analyze the full B2C customer journey – from first contact to repeat purchase and revenue;
- Track and analyze key growth indicators in B2C sales channels – CVR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.;
- Create and maintain transparent data visualization dashboards and reports for growth monitoring;
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns, providing data-based recommendations for improvements;
- Work closely with B2C sales channel managers and the IT team to ensure data quality and a unified understanding of metrics;
- Prepare reports and data-based recommendations for the needs of the B2C team.
We expect you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, experience in e-commerce will be considered an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical business decisions;
- Good understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking in digital channels;
- Experience working with marketing platform data, such as Meta Ad and Google Ads, as well as an understanding of the API capabilities of these platforms;
- Good SQL knowledge and basic Python skills;
- Understanding of how to structure, prepare, and transfer data to DWH or BI solutions;
- Experience working with BI tools, such as Power BI, to create transparent and maintainable reports;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral;
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to adapt to changes, and meet deadlines;
- Interest and understanding of technologies, and a desire to learn new knowledge in the field of smart technologies, including IoT.
