We are seeking a proactive, technology-minded, and highly organized professional to support our VP of Sales and Business Development in driving global growth initiatives across SAF Tehnika business lines. This role offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in international sales processes, high-level strategy execution, and internal organizational development.

Your main tasks will be:

• Supporting the VP in managing global Sales and Business Development activities across all SAF Tehnika markets;
• Preparing, organizing, documenting, and following up on various internal and external meetings, presentations, and events;
• Representing SAF Tehnika at selected external events, organizations, and professional communities;
• Administering, improving, and facilitating the company’s OKR system;
• Enhancing and maintaining internal communication channels to ensure smooth information flow;
• Participating in — and where agreed, leading — internal projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Key competencies and skills required:

• Proven experience supporting senior executives;
• Genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to contribute to meaningful global impact;
• Experience in the startup environment and/or business development;
• Degree in entrepreneurship, management, finance, or related fields;
• Familiarity with OKR and KPI methodologies;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Latvian and English;
• Ability to draft and edit reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure;
• Understanding of basic project management principles.
