We`re looking for a
SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER (SER)
to drive automation, improve delivery pipelines, and contribute to the evolution of our hybrid platform powered by containerization and virtualization technologies.
Your main tasks are going to be:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize bare metal Kubernetes (RKE2) clusters. Maintain a Helm-based deployment ecosystem to support internal and external applications;
- Maintain and evolve our self-hosted GitLab and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. Ensure clean delivery pipelines, declarative deployments, and environment sync via ArgoCD;
- Administer a diverse on-prem environment (bare metal, VMware, open-source hypervisors), including Linux systems and containerized workloads;
- Manage ingress controllers, reverse proxies, TLS termination, and authentication gateways across services;
- Deploy and monitor production services using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog. Investigate incidents and drive root cause analysis;
- Develop and maintain internal tools using Go, Python, or scripting languages.
It is important to us that you have:
- Solid experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer;
- Experience managing systems that handle time-series data (e.g., telemetry, monitoring, IoT, or financial data streams) is highly valued and will be considered a strong advantage;
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Go, Python, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, PostgreSQL, and GitOps;
- Strong Linux system administration background and command-line fluency;
