Your main responsibilities will be:

▪  Customer technical support in English by email and phone

▪  Simulation of problem situations on radio and network equipment

▪  Design of microwave radio links and networks

▪  Documentation preparation and maintenance

▪  Technical training preparation and conduct

It's important to us, that you have:

▪  Good networking skills of switching and routing

▪  University degree in a science

▪  Good knowledge of English and communication skills

▪  Accuracy, patience, and a high sense of responsibility

▪  Willingness and ability to travel

Some advantages:

▪  Previous work experience in a telecommunications or IT company
