The new Integra series firmware suite is now available for download, introducing essential updates for Integra-E/-E2, Integra-E3 and Integra-S/-G/-GS full outdoor radios, alongside focused improvements for Integra-X/-X2 and FIDU+ platforms. These versions deliver enhanced management flexibility, stronger security and even finer control of network performance.
- Smarter management: The new internal IP addressing and mask configuration functions make it easier than ever to manage links across different subnets. Whether you’re maintaining separate private and public ranges or integrating complex multi-site networks, both ends of the radio link are now accessible without IP-planning headaches.
- Centralized access & compliance: RADIUS-only authentication lets administrators enforce uniform security policies across large deployments, while the new custom login disclaimer helps organizations align with compliance and operational standards.
- Secure data handling: SFTP file transfer support ensures all configuration files, logs, and firmware uploads travel safely, protecting credentials and sensitive network data from exposure.
- Precision traffic control: The new Hybrid QoS engine combines strict-priority (SP) queues with RR, WRR, or DWRR scheduling – ensuring that latency-sensitive voice, real-time video, and bulk data all get exactly the performance they need without compromise.
- Expanded visibility: A wide range of new SNMP parameters enables more granular monitoring – covering IP configuration, modem resets, license rate limits, RSSI LED status, and more. Rollback events are now logged automatically, simplifying system diagnostics and change tracking.
- Enhanced reliability & usability: Integra-G series introduces fan current configuration for advanced thermal management and notifies users when a remote radio cannot support the configured transmit power. Troubleshooting files are easier to interpret thanks to improved formatting, and overall system stability has been refined across all supported models.
- Integra FIDU+ platform expansion: The Integra FIDU+ VHP 6 GHz variant is now fully supported, extending the family’s high-performance portfolio to new frequency bands and deployment scenarios.
The new firmware versions are available for download to registered users at support.saftehnika.com (Login > Support > Downloads > Firmwares). Login/registration is required to access the entire downloads section.
Make sure to select the appropriate firmware version – with AES functionality (Integra-X2/FIDU+ and Integra-E3) or without (Integra-X/FIDU, Integra-E/-E2, or Integra/-S/-G/-GS). Full changelogs are included inside each firmware ZIP package.
