Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing indoor repairs, finishing, and painting works;
- Carrying out office infrastructure installation tasks (electrical networks, cable routing, projectors, screens);
- Repairing rooms, windows, and doors, as well as assembling and repairing furniture;
- Supervising the company’s facilities and performing necessary repair and maintenance work;
- Working at a single site near the center of Riga.
We expect you to have:
- Previous experience in finishing repairs, facility maintenance, or technical work;
- Basic knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing, and repair tasks;
- Ability to organize your work independently and find technical solutions;
- Precision, responsibility, patience, and a positive attitude towards work;
- Proficiency in Latvian;
- Basic computer skills;
- A valid category B driver’s license.
