ELECTRONIC REPAIR COORDINATOR

Your main duties are going to be:

▪    Management of repair works for electronic devices produced by the company (registration, delivery, compliance with deadlines, compilation of reports, price calculations, preparation of accompanying documents, and resolution of non-standard situations);

▪     Communication with company employees, sub-companies outside of Latvia, equipment suppliers, and customers worldwide;

▪     Maintenance of antistatic equipment (checking parameters, marking, ordering equipment, accounting, and reserve planning);

▪     Inspections of measuring devices (accounting, marking, packing, receiving, and sending).

What we expect from you:

▪     MS Office, working with databases (Horizon, MS Dynamics CRM);

▪     Language skills: Latvian, English;

▪     Accuracy, ability to keep your work organized and orderly;

▪     Diplomacy and sensitivity;

▪     Independence and self-initiative;

▪     Technical thinking;

▪     Understanding of electronics construction.
